This fall we will be offering" The Biblical Importance of the Land of IsraelIn this class we will trace the Biblical importance of the Land, discovering why the Land of Israel is important to the Jewish people. We will study the historical, religious and political significance of major Biblical cities. We will study the Mitzvot (commandments) that are observed only in the Land of Israel as well as tackle the question of "Land for Peace" based on the biblical sources and current articles and publications.
